*An article in the National Post in February (I've had it in my email sitting for that long). on a restaurant called Southern Accent.  It is a New Orleans themed restaurant in Toronto (great city).  They've even included a recipe for "Blackened Chicken Livers" - which starts out with "16 boneless chicken livers..."  Those funny Canadians!

* I still haven't gone yet and still wanna go!  The Rainwater Observatory Backyard Astronomy Series in French Camp.
